Interim Claims
Assemble the full cover document set and the supporting government forms for each claim. Figures flow in from your contract data, computed once and rendered everywhere they appear.
scontract gives Malaysian construction contractors one workspace for interim claims, progress reports, site organisation charts, and the Bill of Quantities, then exports documents that match the government standard line for line.
Each one works from the same contract record, so a value entered once shows up correctly wherever it belongs. Here are the ones contractors reach for most.
Assemble the full cover document set and the supporting government forms for each claim. Figures flow in from your contract data, computed once and rendered everywhere they appear.
Build a report from a fixed-order set of sections with a cover page and live table of contents. Reorder what you need, generate the narrative, and export a clean PDF for submission.
Document your site hierarchy in the standard layout. Edit boxes directly, connect roles, undo and redo freely, then export a print-ready A4 chart or a file you can reopen.
Manage the BoQ across all five levels, from topic down to the priced line item. Cascade your export straight into claim pages without rekeying a single figure.
Log every change once. It flows into your claims and the VO summary with nothing to reconcile by hand.
Plan the schedule and track real progress against the programme as the job moves.
Keep official correspondence and project records filed and easy to find.
Issue work orders and follow tasks through to done, with a record of who and when.
Capture bills and expenses against the project so the cost picture stays current.
Track materials and stock with delivery orders, so site quantities tie back to the books.
Enter the particulars once. S.O., P.P., site agent, dates, and contract sum become the source for every document.
Track claims, progress, organisation, and quantities as the project runs. One record, kept current.
Produce the official government documents that match the standard originals, ready for review.
Export print-accurate A4 files for your client and hold a clean record of what was sent.
Government reviewers compare what you submit against a format they already know. scontract reproduces each form one to one with the official standard, from the claim cover set to the contract ledger, so what leaves your office is what the office is expecting.
